The Hybrid Presentation Paradox: Solving the Split-Screen Problem
We have all been there. You join a hybrid meeting where half the team is huddled in a conference room eating catered pastries, and the other half is staring from individual grid squares on a laptop screen. The presenter shares their screen. For the remote folks, the slides are legible, but the speaker is a tiny postage stamp. For the in-room folks, everyone is craning their necks to look at a monitor while the remote participants feel entirely detached, drifting into muted oblivion.
In a hybrid and remote-first world, traditional presentation software breaks down. Tools designed decades ago for a single projector screen in a closed boardroom simply cannot handle the fluid demands of distributed communication.
